Westside Entertainment Professionals Social - 2025 Gatherings

In December, our Industry Fellowship Gathering welcomed entertainment professionals for an evening of connection, encouragement, and faith-filled community in Venice, LA.

The night started with casual conversation over small bites and drinks, creating a warm and inviting space to relax and catch up. Following this, attendees participated in a relaxed discussion to check in, share insights, and offer support grounded in shared experiences and faith.

The gathering concluded with a meaningful time of prayer, lifting up personal needs and the wider entertainment community.

These monthly meetings continue to provide a vital space for authentic relationships and spiritual encouragement—reminding everyone that we’re walking this journey together.

In October, the Westside group hosted a small, intimate evening over high tea,  inspired by a trip to the UK earlier this year. The cozy setting created a wonderful space for meaningful conversation and honest check-ins about the highs and lows of our work.

It was also encouraging to hear about the other HPN events our group members had been attending—like the House of David premiere, Kingdom Marriages, and various career-specific gatherings. We’re so grateful for all that HPN has been doing to support the community and help foster these connections.

One highlight of the evening was hearing a testimony from two members who met during the Speed Networking event at Moda Studios this summer. Since that night, they’ve partnered on developing new source material for writers—work that’s strengthening storytelling and even inspiring a few future film projects. It’s been so encouraging to see how that connection began through HPN and is now bearing creative fruit.

In August 2025, HPN’s Westside Entertainment Professionals Social gathered in Venice for its monthly meetup, bringing together Christians working across a variety of entertainment vocations.

The casual evening included bites, drinks, and conversation, providing attendees with a space to check in on their experiences in the industry, share insights, and encourage one another. As always, the gathering concluded with a time of prayer, lifting up participants, their projects, and the entertainment community as a whole.

It was an enjoyable and meaningful night of fellowship, connection, and mutual support for creative professionals navigating Hollywood with faith.

About 10 people attended this month’s Westside HPN Chapter gathering, creating space for meaningful conversation and connection. Everyone shared their highs, lows, and “buffaloes” of the month—the fun or unexpected moments that always bring a smile.

The evening moved into a powerful time of group prayer that turned intercessory, with heartfelt prayers for everything from depression and physical healing to career direction. It was encouraging to witness the care and support shared among the group.

Delicious appetizers and bites rounded out the night. We're grateful for the continued support of the Hollywood Prayer Network in making these gatherings possible.
