Last Friday, our HPN community gathered for another memorable evening with Cap’n Jim’s Movie Club, hosted by industry veteran and producer Jim Krieg. This ongoing series offers a regular opportunity for Christians in the film industry to connect over their shared love of cinema—and this month’s film was a true hidden gem: David Fincher’s "The Game."

After the screening, the group headed to a nearby restaurant for tacos and fellowship, continuing the night with laughter, great conversation, and community connection.

What a fun night at the movies! Our HPN Mentor, Jim Krieg, hosted another installment of Cap’n Jim’s Movie Club, this time featuring the Jaws 50th Anniversary screening on the big screen.

What a fantastic kickoff to Cap’n Jim’s Movie Club! HPN Mentor Jim Krieg launched this new monthly tradition with a double feature of Akira Kurosawa’s classics—Yojimbo and Sanjuro—at the Aero Theatre in Santa Monica.

After the screenings, the group continued the fun over food and film talk, connecting over insights, laughter, and shared inspiration.
