Upside Down Comedy - Weekly Gatherings

Led by Jennifer Lewis, the Upside Down Comedy group met weekly on Tuesday nights throughout the year. Every gathering offered an encouraging message and a time for prayer, as well as a specific comedy focus for beginners and veterans alike. Community members were able to learn from and hone their skills alongside seasoned stand-up comedians, actors, improv experts, and sketch writers!

2024 also marked the launch of the Upside Down Writer's Room, where the comedians developed sketch comedy scripts and had the opportunity to both film the sketches for social media and perform for live audiences throughout the year. The group also performed live stand-up and improv comedy shows, and brought hilarious sketches to the stage for HPN's 23rd birthday party celebration!
