The word REST is used throughout scripture to show God’s love, peace, and comfort. God is very clear on wanting us to have a day of rest, He wants us to find rest in our souls, He makes us lie down in green pastures, and tells us to observe the Sabbath. He even tells us that His Holy Spirit rests on us. How good are you at resting?
